Numerous assessments are typically used to create a foundation of self-awareness. Each session includes goal-setting. Typically Donna meets face-to-face with coachees one or two times a year and they talk via telephone each month inbetween.
Employees complete a survey to determine their work expectations. Each leader receives a report for his or her area and they are charged with working with employees (individually and groups) to help close any expectation gaps. This includes helping employees manage their own expectations.
